Shipping and Returns Policy
At Best Cold Plunge Tubs, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable shipping and returns experience. This policy outlines all relevant details, including costs, timelines, restrictions, and conditions. We ship exclusively within the contiguous 48 United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations). If you attempt to place an order outside these areas, it may be canceled, and you will be notified promptly. All shipments originate from warehouses in the continental U.S.

Order Confirmation and Processing
- Upon placing your order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with your order details, including items, pricing, and billing information. This email confirms that our system has received your order and pre-authorized your payment method.
- We will then verify stock availability with our suppliers and/or warehouse. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. If an item is out of stock, on backorder, or unavailable, we will notify you via email within this timeframe and offer options such as a full refund, substitution (if available), or order cancellation without charge.
- Payment is processed only after stock verification, typically within 7 business days of your order date. We do not charge your card until we confirm the order can be fulfilled.
- If your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, with no fees applied.
Shipping Options, Costs, and Timelines
We offer the following shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs and times are estimates and may vary based on item size, weight, destination, carrier availability, weather, holidays, or high demand. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will communicate any known issues promptly.

Standard Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx): Ideal for smaller items. Delivery typically occurs 3-5 business days after shipment.
- Cost: Free for most items. For heavier or larger items (e.g., over 50 lbs), costs vary by weight and destination and are calculated and displayed at checkout (e.g., $50-$200 based on carrier rates). No hidden fees—full cost shown before purchase.

Expedited Shipping (UPS/FedEx 2-Day or Overnight): For faster delivery.
- 2-Day: Arrives in 2 business days after shipment.
- Overnight: Arrives in 1 business day after shipment.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination (e.g., $20-$100 for 2-Day; $50-$200 for Overnight). Not available for all items; eligibility shown during checkout.

Freight Shipping (for larger items like cold plunge tubs or hyperbaric chambers): Handled by U.S.-based freight carriers.
- Delivery typically occurs 5-7 business days after shipment, but may take up to 10-14 days for remote areas. Scheduling may be required, and the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.
- Cost: Free for qualifying items; otherwise, varies by weight and destination (e.g., $100-$500 for items over 100 lbs) and is calculated at checkout.
Most orders ship within 2 business days after order confirmation and stock verification. Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number to the address provided at purchase. If you do not receive tracking within 8 business days, please contact us immediately.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the contiguous 48 states. Oversized items may require curbside delivery only (no inside placement or assembly). Additional fees may apply for liftgate service or residential delivery if not selected at checkout.
- Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you and provide an estimated ship date (typically 7-14 days). You may cancel at no charge before shipment.
- Combined Shipping: For multiple items, we may consolidate shipments to reduce costs, but this could extend processing time slightly.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
- Inspect your package upon arrival. If the packaging appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt when signing.
- For damaged items, incorrect products, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@bestcoldplungetubs.com. Include your order number, photos of the damage (close-up and full view), packaging, and a description of the issue.
- We will process an insurance claim with the carrier on your behalf and respond within 24-48 business hours. Options may include a replacement, repair, or full refund (including original shipping costs). We cover return shipping for verified damages.
- Do not discard packaging or items until the claim is resolved.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us at sales@bestcoldplungetubs.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 business hours.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error).
- Once received, we inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days) and notify you via email of approval or rejection.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact. We do not accept returns on opened or used health/hygiene products (e.g., cold plunges, hyperbaric chambers) for safety reasons, unless defective.
- Exchanges: Available for the same item in a different size/color (if in stock) or a similar product. Subject to the same eligibility rules; we cover any price differences.
- Restocking Fees: A fee of up to 25% of the item cost may apply for cancellations after processing but before shipment, or for returns not due to our error (e.g., change of mind). No fee for defective/damaged items.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, or perishable goods are final sale.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except under warranty (see below).
Refunds
- For approved returns, we process refunds immediately upon inspection, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping deductions.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Expect the credit to appear in 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer (e.g., 1-3 days for credit cards; up to 10 days for PayPal).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We do not refund expedited shipping upgrades.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund, check your account first, then contact your payment provider. If unresolved, email us with details.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less-than-original condition or with missing parts.
Warranties and Claims
Many products come with manufacturer warranties (details provided in product descriptions or packaging). For warranty claims:
- Email sales@bestcoldplungetubs.com with your order number, photos of the issue (close-up and full view), and a description.
- We respond within 24-48 business hours and coordinate with the manufacturer for repairs, replacements, or refunds.
- Warranties do not cover misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications. Shipping for warranty returns may be covered by us or the manufacturer, depending on the terms.
