I had purchased the Grizzly Cooler/Chiller late April 2025 and received the unit in early July. It was easy to set up with the quick release hoses. If I had any questions, Customer Support was awesome. Some quick tips: The outlet label/connector on the chiller should be attached to the hose at the bottom of the cooler and the other hose should attach to the filter. When installed and primed, the water pressure from the tub will continually force water into the chiller without a need for a pump. When it's running properly, water will come into the cooler at the top opening of the tub and water will go into the chiller from the bottom opening. The unit was running flawlessly for about 6 weeks at a temperature of 55 degrees, when the outside temperature was, on average, 112 degrees. Yes, I live in Arizona. After I had changed the water the first time, I had a small issue with priming the chiller again. What I found that works great is to stick the hose in the top opening inside the Cooler and it will flush out all the trapped air. This will be displayed with a lot of bubbles coming from the other opening at the bottom of the tub. Once you flush out all the air, it may take a few minutes for the water flow to kick on the Chiller. I ran into a small problem with the Chiller as we suspect it may have been damaged with the shipment. Customer service had provided a RMA and return label. Once they received the unit, it was fixed within a week and I receive the fixed unit the following week. I was actually surprised how fast I received the repaired unit. All I can say is you will run into issues with anything mechanical. However, the Best Cold Plunge Tubs team from Richard in product support to Raelyn and Kaitlyn in customer support and even Michelle who answers most of the calls, are all great to work with. That is why I chose to purchase from a company based in the U.S.A. It will make a difference.
